At Perth CPAP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
